BullDog Cleaning Services is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. We are more concerned about retaining existing client relationships then launching aggressive marketing campaigns in an effort to generate new business.
How does a client make a request for additional services or relay a concern?
It’s as easy as sending an email or giving us a call. We take all client concerns/requests seriously and are eager to resolve them as quickly as possible. We are available and ready to respond day or night.
Will BullDog Cleaning Services personnel be in uniform?
At BullDog Cleaning Services our employees are in a black collared shirt, khaki slacks and a name tag worn over the upper left portion of their chest. This is done so that you can feel comfortable knowing that the persons working in your space are BCS personnel.
Will BullDog Cleaning Services have management personnel visiting the buildings?
Yes, BullDog Cleaning Services has management personnel who frequent the buildings and regularly perform inspections ensuring service levels are maintained.
Will BullDog Cleaning Services provide the necessary equipment to perform the hired task/tasks?
Yes. BullDog Cleaning Services will provide and maintain all necessary equipment i.e.: mops/buckets, vacuums, barrels, brooms, squeegees, dusters, chemicals etc.
What other types of services does BullDog Cleaning Services offer/provide?
We provide carpet cleaning, hard surface floor acid scrubbing/cleaning/stripping and waxing, hard floor buffing, window cleaning, construction clean up, emergency services, pressure washing, and upholstery cleaning.
What time of the day does BullDog Cleaning Services provide janitorial services?
The bulk of our clientele prefer evening cleaning beginning at 5:00pm. We will however adjust our schedules to accommodate your needs.
Can I trust the cleaners that will be in my buildings?
Absolutely! Our personnel must pass a background check as well pass our internal training before they will be left unsupervised in your building. Our training is very clear relative to the importance of maintaining privacy and respecting your space. Your trust is of the utmost importance to us.
